As a girl from the Midwest, I didn’t grow up spending my days with my toes in the sand or the ocean breeze in my hair. But now that I live Los Angeles, I have the luxury of being just a short drive away from the beautiful Southern California coastline. I have definitely accumulated quite the collection of beach wear, but today I want to share one of my all-time favorite looks for a day at the beach!

First of all, I LOVE this cover-up from the FORAY Collective Capsule collection! I usually pair it with a simple dress or layer it over a tank-top and dark denim jeans, but lately I have been packing this beauty in my beach bag. It’s lightweight and looks so beautiful blowing in the ocean breeze!

My second beach essential this summer has to be my LBB, (Little Black Bikini), also from the FORAY collection. It’s no fuss and goes with anything! I love the triangle shape top for it’s flattering and supportive fit. I also like to play around with different suits and mix & match the solid black top with a fun printed or colorful bottom. This two-piece is timeless and is definitely my go-to for Summer ‘17!

Overall, I like to keep my look simple, classic, and feminine and these pieces cover all the bases!
